This year I only cooked for my immediate family and it still took from like 8 am til 2 PM to cook Thanksgiving, and we have a really nice kitchen setup. I can understand wanting to do home-made as often as you're able, but sometimes you've just had a busy week and can't be bothered, and it's better than just getting fast food. Same for a slice of their pizza or the hot dog + pop combo. Same for a rotisserie chicken, it's hard to beat like $5 for something already cooked & seasoned when getting a raw whole chicken often costs more than that. Their big-ass container of chicken noodle soup they make in-house is like $12, and you'd pay double that at Plum Market or even just some cans of Campbell's (the good stuff, not the $0.99 crap). I don't know if Costco is a great example, nearly everything there tends to be priced extremely fairly in my opinion. I will be sure to let everyone know about your unreliable delivery service and your rude and dishonest customer service.A wonderful city on the banks of the Huron River, home of the University of Michigan and a wide palate of culture, nature, technology and sports. These deliveries were not time sensitive so I have no idea whether or not they were delivered on time. Why was I shorted $7.50? I had previously ordered cookies to be delivered to my sons at college in different cities. I was charged $30.69 on and was refunded $23.19 on. I finally got a refund on and it was not for the full amount. I called 8 days later and was told I would get a refund. I called that night to cancel the order I was rudely told the order was cancelled and I would receive a refund in 3-5 days. Apparently the store got a big order and decided mine was not important. We waited 2 hours for the delivery that never came. I am beyond disappointed with your company. I have gone round and round over this order.
